Please note a deposit is required at the time of the booking of your appointment. No fee cancellations are permitted until 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellations or no-shows after the 24 hour grace period will automatically forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late to their appointment will be required to pay an additional $40 late fee, if confirmation and payment for your late arrival is confirmed  and agreed upon by the stylist.
